The purpose of the AA training was to enhance the competency of faculty members in designing education based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and implementing an active learning process for students, aiming towards the success of an educational program. The training orientation and opening ceremony were conducted by the chairman of the curriculum and learning development division, Prof. Dr. Yusring Sanusi B, S.S, M.App.Ling. He explained the mechanisms and design of the AA training, as well as the expected outcomes. Various interesting and interactive topics were presented by speakers, including continuous quality improvement in the course learning process (PPEPP cycle), ethics and morals in learning in the era of Society 5.0, measurement of learning outcomes (CPL), diverse learning media, and more.

All faculty members showed great enthusiasm in participating in this training, evident from their active engagement in discussions and the presentation of assigned tasks. The output of this activity was for each faculty member to create a course portfolio, which is a collection of documentation related to the planning, implementation of learning, evaluation of learning outcomes, and the faculty's reflections as a reference for subsequent improvements in the learning process.

The expected outcome is that all faculty members who participated in this training will promptly implement the acquired knowledge for the development of learning in accordance with the established curriculum. (zr)
