Community Service

FIKES community service programs are currently starting to focus on community empowerment so that target communities can implement healthy lifestyles independently and with high awareness. In 2019 the community service carried out covered a wider area, not only in the environment around the UIN Syarif Hidayatulah Jakarta campus as usual. By collaborating in implementing community service with the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the FIKES community service activity area reaches areas outside the provinces of Banten and Jakarta. Some strategies for implementing community service include using a partnership approach. The partnership concept used is not only a triple helix (collaboration between government, universities and society) but has moved towards the penta helix (collaboration between government, universities, society, companies/industry and mass media).
