FIKES Online News - The Student Executive Board (DEMA) of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully held the 2026 DEMA FIKES Coaching Clinic, held in Rooms 310–311 of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK). This activity was an initiative of the Daily Executive Board as a strategic effort to improve the quality of organizational administration within DEMA FIKES on Friday, June 6, 2026.
The event was attended by 59 participants, consisting of 53 active DEMA FIKES members and six competent speakers. The event was also documented by Anatasya Delviani Saputri from the Nursing Study Program, Department of Student Affairs.
Themed "SAMBO: Smart Administration for a Better Organization," the Coaching Clinic focused on strengthening administrative competencies as the primary foundation for running an orderly, effective, and professional organization. This theme reflects the DEMA FIKES' commitment to creating a more systematic and sustainable work system.
The series of events began with remarks from the Chairperson of the Committee, Zalfa Kamilatul, who emphasized the importance of this activity as a collaborative learning platform for improving the quality of organizational governance. The Chairperson of the 2026/2027 DEMA FIKES, Mahmud Faizul Falah, also delivered remarks, emphasizing that administrative mastery is not merely a technical requirement but also key to an organization's success in achieving its vision and mission.
Advancing to the main agenda, participants participated in three comprehensively designed main material sessions. The first session, on secretarial matters, was delivered by Maisyatil, Alisha, and Zalfa Kamilatul. In this session, participants were equipped with an understanding of official scripts, document archiving, and the administrative flow of correspondence in accordance with organizational standards.
Following this, the second session, on treasury, was delivered by Hilwa and Farah. This session detailed organizational financial management, from budget preparation and transaction recording to transparent and accountable financial reporting. To keep the atmosphere interactive, this session was interspersed with ice breakers led by Farah and Aisyah, so that participants remained focused and enthusiastic about participating in the activity.

After the break for rest, prayer, and meal, the session continued with the third session, a presentation on court proceedings by Mahsa Raissa R (Chair of the 2025/2026 Student Executive Board (DEMA FIKES). In this session, participants were provided with an in-depth understanding of court proceedings, court procedures, and hands-on practice in organizational court simulations.
Each session was dynamic, with active participant engagement through discussions, questions and answers, and practical simulations. This method was deemed effective in helping participants not only understand the theory but also directly apply the concepts learned.
As a form of evaluation, all participants took a post-test at the end of the session to gauge their level of understanding after completing the series of sessions. The session concluded with a prayer led by the MC, as an expression of gratitude for the smooth running of the event, and concluded with a group photo session with all participants, committee members, and presenters.
Through this Coaching Clinic, it is hoped that all participants will be able to implement the knowledge and experience they have gained in running the organization. With improved administrative management, DEMA FIKES will become more professional, structured, and prepared to face various organizational challenges in the future. (ZR)
