FIKES Online News - The Student Executive Council of the Faculty of Health Sciences (DEMA FIKES) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully held the 2026 DEMA FIKES Working Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2026. The event, held in Room B.401 of the New FIKES Building, adopted the theme "AURORA: Advancing Unity, Resilience, and Outstanding Reformative Action," with the slogan "One Soul, One Action, Real Dedication."

The event was attended by 82 participants, including faculty leaders, Campus Government Organizations (OPK), Student Organizations (Ormawa), and Class Chairs within FIKES UIN Jakarta. The presence of various student representatives and faculty leaders demonstrated their support for strengthening the collaborative and progressive direction of the student organization.

The series of events was officially opened by Master of Ceremonies (MC), Nur Farras Annisa, followed by a recitation of verses from the Quran, singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya and the UIN Jakarta Hymn, and a joint documentation session.

In her remarks, Khairunnisa Nabilah Hanun, the Chairperson of the Committee, stated that this working meeting was a crucial opportunity to determine the organization's direction and build a shared commitment to carrying out the mandate of the management for the next term.

Meanwhile, Mahmud Faizul Falah, the Chairperson of the 2026/2027 FIKES Student Executive Board (DEMA FIKES), emphasized that the working meeting focused on discussing the benefits and planning of each department's work programs to ensure a tangible impact on FIKES students.

Vice Dean III of FIKES UIN Jakarta, Dr. Uswatun Khasanah, M.N.S., expressed her appreciation for the event in her remarks. She also encouraged DEMA FIKES to continue actively building cross-organizational collaborations and expanding student contributions through competitions at the international level.

Entering the main agenda, the forum held a Preliminary Session, a Plenary Session to discuss and ratify the SOP, Articles of Association, and the Organizational Guidelines, and a presentation session to consolidate the work programs of all departments and bureaus under the auspices of DEMA FIKES. The entire series of sessions, which lasted approximately 480 minutes, concluded with a Plenary Session, which officially ratified the DEMA FIKES work program for the 2026/2027 term.

This work meeting aimed to unify ideas, strengthen coordination, and ensure that all designed work programs are relevant and beneficial to FIKES students throughout the upcoming management period.

Several flagship programs highlighted at the 2026 DEMA FIKES Work Meeting included SEKAS, Gen FM, Olympiart, EPT & DEMA Awarding, EAT, Gathering, Coaching Clinic, PHBI, CAPBUILD, SP3AK, and Essay Scholarship. These programs are expected to provide a platform for developing student potential in academics, leadership, creativity, and character building.

The event then officially concluded with a prayer and a group photo session with all participants, symbolizing the spirit of togetherness and dedication to the advancement of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) at UIN Jakarta. (UK)
