FIKES News Online- The Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Capacity Building activity for Lecturers and Education Staff in the Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge area, Tuesday (14/01/2025).

A total of 70 lecturers and education staff participated in the Capacity Building activity enthusiastically, this was conveyed by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Nurmeilis M.Si, Apt, who is also the head of the activity committee. According to him, this Capacity Building activity aims to improve skills, knowledge and collaboration between employees in supporting the quality of education and services at FIKES. With the natural beauty of Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge as a backdrop, participants were involved in various activities designed to strengthen teamwork, develop leadership, strengthen relationships between employees, get to know each other's characters and strengthen teamwork in the faculty.

Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Zilhadia in his speech said that this activity was very beneficial for all participants, especially in terms of building better communication and increasing work spirit. "This event gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better and learn to work as a solid team. Teamwork is not about working alone or showing off. It is a collaborative effort where all members work together towards a common goal," he said.

In addition, Zilhadia also said that the dense service activities on campus were a challenge in finding the right time to send all participants. "However, with a strong spirit of togetherness and cooperation, this activity can be carried out successfully. This is a big responsibility for me to the Rector of UIN Jakarta, bringing most of the FIKES residents to take part in the Capacity Building activity," he said.

And another hope conveyed by Zilhadia is that what has been built today may become a legacy and a strong foundation for a better future for the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

This activity was closed with the awarding of awards for the winners of the fun games and door prizes for participants who had attended the activity until the end. With the Capacity Building activity, it is hoped that lecturers and education staff at the Faculty of Health Sciences UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta can continue to innovate and provide the best contribution in the field of education and service.
