FDT FIKES UIN Jakarta Holds Mid-Year Evaluation 2026 to Strengthen Organizational Performance
FIKES Online News,- The Fikes Disaster Responder Team (FDT) of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully conducted the Mid-Year Evaluation (Evaluasi Paruh Tahun/EPT) 2026. The event took place in Theater Room 1, FIKES Building, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Saturday (2/5/2026)
Carrying the theme “Inspiring Growth and Nurturing Impact Through Evaluation (IGNITE),” this program served as an important momentum for organizational reflection and improvement. The evaluation aimed to assess the progress of work programs, identify challenges encountered throughout the period, and formulate more effective strategies and solutions to enhance overall organizational performance.
The EPT 2026 was attended by active students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and began with opening remarks from the Chief Organizer, Dinda Maulidya Syahrani, and the President of FDT, Ernawati Januarlestari. In their speeches, both emphasized the importance of evaluation as a strategic tool to ensure sustainability, improve professionalism, and support both individual and collective growth within the organization.
The event was conducted in a structured and systematic manner, beginning with the appointment of a temporary presidium, followed by the establishment of a permanent presidium to lead the session. The agenda continued with the reading of the event guidelines and the preliminary session, marking the formal opening of the evaluation forum.
The core of the activity consisted of presentations from each division, where representatives reported on the achievements of their work programs, the challenges faced, and the efforts made during the first half of the organizational period. This session also provided an open and interactive discussion forum, allowing participants to exchange ideas, offer constructive feedback, and propose improvements for future implementation.
Through this evaluation process, students demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous growth, learning, and mutual support in carrying out their organizational responsibilities. The active participation and enthusiasm shown during discussions reflected their dedication to improving the overall performance of FDT.
The event concluded with the closing session, marking the end of the Mid-Year Evaluation 2026. The outcomes of this evaluation are expected to serve as a solid foundation for future planning and strategic development.
