Fikes UIN Jakarta Collaborates with PT Kimia Farma
Online Fikes News,- The Faculty of Health Sciences UIN Jakarta invites industrial cooperation with PT Kimia Farma at its office located at Jl. Veteran, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (4/30/2025). This is done in line with the UIN Jakarta Fikes education program by increasing research-based community service.
The encouragement for cooperation was conveyed directly by the Dean of Fikes UIN Jakarta Prof. Dr. apt. Zilhadia, M.Si, in a discussion forum with the leadership of Commissioner Suprianto, Commercial Director Chairani Harahap and Operational Director Tomi Faisal.
The purpose of the cooperation with PT. Kimia Farma is to improve research-based community service such as experts from the industrial sector, especially BUMN as resource persons; Need qualified partners for community service; As a place of practice for students; and need equipment to build industrial teaching.
"We want through the intermediary of Kimia Farma's leadership, we need experts to provide insights from the industry, need partners for community service. We want there to be a fostered village that we manage together as a brand image together with Fikes UIN Jakarta and Kimia Farma in the Banten area. In addition, we want Kimia Farma as a place of practice that is strengthened by an MOU." Zilhadia explained
Getting an explanation of the profile of Fikes UIN Jakarta and the opportunities for cooperation offered by Dean Zilhadia, these leaders were quite responsive and stated that they were ready to enter into a partnership.
"Thank you for the presentation, we know more, hopefully there is a way for all of this, regarding our cooperation we will convey it to the management and team and will soon have an MoU so that the link between FIKES UIN Jakarta and Kimia Farma is better and clearer." Said Chairani Harahap after listening to Zilhadia's presentation.
It is known that PT Kimia Farma Tbk is a subsidiary of Bio Farma which does business in the pharmaceutical sector. has 12 factories, 1,278 pharmacies, 451 health clinics, 75 clinical laboratories, 10 optics, and 3 beauty clinics spread throughout Indonesia. So the hope is to be able to collaborate with Fikes UIN Jakarta in the field of research-based community service. (ZR)
