FSK3 UIN Jakarta Holds LOTO 2026 as a Platform for Organizational Evaluation and Development
FIKES Online News – The Occupational Safety and Health Study Forum (FSK3) of the Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully conducted the Annual Organizational Output Report (LOTO) FSK3 2025/2026. The event served as a platform for reflection and evaluation, allowing members to review the organization’s achievements and performance throughout the 2025/2026 management period. Organized by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of FSK3, the event carried the theme “REWIND: Reflection, Evaluation, and Work Improvement for Next Development.” Through this theme, FSK3 aimed to foster a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement to enhance organizational quality and prepare for future development.

The event took place in Room F.410, FKIK Building, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, from 08:30 AM to 04:15 PM WIB. A total of 47 FSK3 board members of the 2025/2026 period, 4 invited guests, and 2 alumni serving as sharing session speakers attended the program. The activity was intended for all active FSK3 members and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3) alumni of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
The program began with an opening ceremony led by the Master of Ceremony, followed by the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, the singing of the Indonesian national anthem and the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Hymn, and welcoming remarks from the Chief Organizer and the General Manager of FSK3 2025/2026. In their speeches, they emphasized the importance of evaluation as a means of assessing organizational achievements, identifying challenges, and formulating strategies for future improvement.
The main agenda commenced with a preliminary session, followed by departmental work program presentations and question-and-answer discussions. During these sessions, each department presented its achievements, challenges, and evaluations of the programs implemented throughout the management period.
The discussions were conducted in an open and constructive manner, providing participants with opportunities to share feedback, suggestions, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future organizational initiatives. The event then proceeded to a plenary session, where the evaluation outcomes and departmental reports were reviewed collectively.

Following the Ishoma break (rest, prayer, and lunch), participants joined a sharing session with FSK3 alumni. This session provided valuable insights into academic and professional experiences in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, inspiring members to develop both personally and professionally.
The program continued with the announcement of the Member of the Month for May, recognizing members who demonstrated outstanding dedication and contributions to the organization. Participants then attended the presentation of visions and missions from candidates for General Manager of FSK3 2026/2027, followed by an interactive question-and-answer session that allowed members to gain a deeper understanding of each candidate’s plans and aspirations.
The democratic process concluded with the election of the new General Manager through a voting session. Following the announcement of the election results, the elected General Manager took the oath of office, symbolizing the official transition of leadership within FSK3.
The event concluded with a closing prayer and a group photo session involving participants, invited guests, alumni, and organizers.
Through LOTO FSK3 2026, members were able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s accountability report and evaluate the achievements, challenges, and effectiveness of work programs implemented throughout the year. Furthermore, the outcomes of this evaluation are expected to serve as a strong foundation for future leadership, enabling FSK3 to continue growing as a professional, innovative, and impactful organization that contributes positively to both the academic community and society.
