HMPSIK FIKES UIN Jakarta Holds 2026 Working Meeting and National Conference with the Theme "STARS"

FIKES Online News - The Nursing Student Association held its 2026 Working Meeting (Raker) and General Meeting (Mubes) in Room 410 of the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing (FKIK) Building, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The event carried the theme "STARS: Strength, Through, Action, Responsibility, and Synergy," reflecting the leadership's commitment to building an active, progressive, and integrated organization. The event was held on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

The event was attended by all HMPSIK administrators, members, and invited guests. The goal was to discuss and ratify the management's work program for the current term and implement the organization's General Meeting agenda.

The event began at 7:00 a.m. WIB with committee registration, a briefing, and technical preparations before participants arrived. The event was officially opened at 08.00 WIB by the MC, followed by the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an, singing the song Indonesia Raya, the UIN Hymn, and the FIKES March, as well as remarks from the Chair of HMPSIK as the chair of the committee.

Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES), Dr. Ns. Uswatun Khasanah, MNS, also expressed her appreciation for the enthusiasm and commitment of the HMPSIK management in shaping the organization's direction during its term. She hoped that all designed work programs would not only serve as student activities but would also positively impact students' academic, social, and character development. Furthermore, she emphasized that all programs must align with the vision and mission of the Faculty and the University so that HMPSIK can continue to actively contribute to the advancement of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Next, the interim presidium chaired the ratification of the agenda, the reading of the meeting's rules of procedure, and the election of the permanent presidium. The agenda then moved on to Plenary I, the core of the event, presenting the work programs of all HMPSIK departments for the term.

The departments presenting included the Daily Executive Board (BPH), Islamic Affairs, Community Social Service (PENGSOSMAS), Information and Communication (INFOKOM), Strategic Action Studies and Advocacy (KASTRAD), Entrepreneurship (KWU), Student Empowerment (PM), Organizational Development (PO), Education and Training (PENPEL), Arts and Sports (KESOR), and Public Relations (PR). Each work program was discussed and reviewed with the meeting participants before being ratified as the HMPSIK 2026 management guidelines.

During this year's management period, HMPSIK also presented several flagship programs that are the main focus of the cabinet, including the Akbar Fiqh Study (KAFIBAR), the Nursing Skill Lab (NSL), the Social Project, the Nursing Class Meeting (NCM), and the Volunteer Green Project, which focuses on social and environmental awareness.

Following the completion of the Working Meeting agenda, the meeting continued with a discussion of the Articles of Association (AD), Bylaws (ART), and the General Outline of Organizational Policy (GBHO). During the meeting, participants and the presidium continued to discuss and agree on various organizational provisions as guidelines for the future management of HMPSIK.

The meeting concluded with the ratification of the Organizational Advisory Council (DPO), a presentation of the secretariat's workflow by the HMPSIK General Secretary, a prayer, and a documentation session for all participants and committee members.

The entire series of activities proceeded smoothly, orderly, and with a sense of responsibility. Through this 2026 Working Meeting and General Conference, it is hoped that all agreed-upon work programs and organizational regulations can be optimally implemented to realize an HMPSIK that is increasingly active, collaborative, innovative, and imbued with integrity in supporting the development of nursing students within the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences (FIKES) at UIN Jakarta.
