Online Fikes News,- The event of Seminar Pengembangan Profesi Biostatistics and Health Informatics UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta 2023 was held by theme “JKN di Ujung Jari: Navigasi Aplikasi Mobile untuk Masyarakat dan Pemangku Kebijakan” (JKN at Fingertips: Mobile Application Navigation for the Community and Stakeholders), Monday (13/11/2023).

This event intended to publish research results about the overview of the scope of use, satisfaction, and Jabodetabek publik trust to JKN Mobile Application. This event is also expected to gain community insight and gave some reccomendation to BPJS Kesehatan based on the result of the research.

This event was attended by 200 health workers and community all over Indonesia and was opened via Zoom Meeting and Youtube Live Streaming by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Tholabi, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., M.A. as Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

The first topic was brought by Prof. dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti, M.Sc., Ph.D., AAK as President Director of BPJS Health by theme “BPJS Health's commitment to providing services to the community”. Furthermore, the second topic by theme “Coverage, satisfaction, and data security of JKN Mobile User” was brought by Prof. Dr. Achmad Nizar Hidayanto as Vice Dean of Resource Management, Venture, and General Administration, also as lecture of Computer Science Faculty at University of Indonesia. The end of activity was filled the feedback link and closed with the reading of prayer for Palestine. (KS)
