Judicial Procession and Release of 131st Graduation Graduates
Online Fikes News,- The Faculty of Health Sciences (Fikes) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held its 131st Judicial Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony on Friday, February 23 2024 at the MK Tadjudin Auditorium UIN Jakarta.
The 131st Judiciary and Graduation Ceremony was held as a means of appreciation for the graduates for their achievements and experiences while studying at Fikes UIN Jakarta. At this 131st graduation, Fikes UIN Jakarta graduated 37 graduates consisting of 26 graduates from the Bachelor of Public Health Study Program, 9 graduates from the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program and 2 graduates from the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program.
The event started with a recitation of the Qur'an read by a representative of the Pharmacy Study Program students, namely Irfan Nurfakhrurajab, followed by singing the song Indonesia Raya, the UIN Jakarta Hymn and Mars Fikes. Next, the Graduation Decree was read by the Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. apt. Nurmeilis, M.Sc. The judicial procession was led by the Dean of Fikes UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dr. apt. Zilhadia, M.Si., who was accompanied by the Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs, Deputy Dean III for Student and Alumni Affairs as well as the Heads of Study Programs and Secretary of Public Health, Pharmacy and Nursing Science Study Programs.
In his speech, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the graduates and lecturers for their hard work. The Dean advised the graduates to celebrate this moment as a form of determination and hard work during their education. The graduates have gone through a meaningful process to obtain a Bachelor's degree. Therefore, in continuing the next process, graduates are expected to be able to continue to move, innovate and make good plans, not just wait or drag on for a moment. He said that to reach the top, everything needs a process, you need stepping stones, you need experience, you can't just go straight to the top.
"Graduation is not the end of the struggle, but rather the beginning of applying the knowledge gained to be applied in the real world. Fikes UIN Jakarta graduates are expected to be able to bring a good name to the campus and continue the struggle of previous generations in serving the community as well as working on the national and international stage. Keep going. strive to develop and improve oneself to be the best and continue to maintain friendship with the large Fikes UIN Jakarta family." he said.
Not only that, the dean also gave directions so that graduates are willing to take an active role in improving campus quality/accreditation, by filling out satisfaction surveys, workplace surveys and so on. Finally, the Dean and his staff apologized if there were anything unpleasant while the graduates were studying on campus.
Reading of non-academic achievements by Deputy Dean III for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Uswatun Khasanah, M.N.S. Three participants who had non-academic achievements, namely, Sofwatul Hanim and Indah Nurdiana, became resource persons/speakers at various events, as well as Farhan Rassya Fadhilah who became 3rd place in the Fencing competition between universities throughout Indonesia.
At this 131st graduation, the best graduate from the health sciences faculty was Rizka Amaria Dwi Putri, S.K.M., from the Bachelor of Public Health Study Program with a GPA of 3.81 and cum laude predicate. As the best graduate, Rizka expressed her gratitude for studying at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Jakarta. The Bachelor's degree obtained is not just your own hard work, but there is support from various parties, parents, lecturers, staff and the entire Fikes UIN Jakarta academic community. Rizka wished her colleagues a happy new journey and advised them not to be afraid to dream, don't be afraid to fail, because failure is part of the success process and let's serve our country.
The series of graduation events ended with a prayer read by Ananda Farhan Rassya Fadhilah and friendly activities as well as taking photos with the prospective graduates with the leadership of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. (zr)
