1. Requirements

Admission Requirements for New Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

A. Academic Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with a GPA of 2.75 or higher
  2. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from outside UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with a GPA of 3.25 or higher
  3. Possess an English language certificate equivalent to a TOEFL score of 450 valid for the last two years

B. Administrative Requirements:

  1. Complete the online form
  2. A copy of a legalized diploma/original scan/Certificate of Graduation (SKL) for those who have not yet received a diploma.
  3. Submit a copy of the legalized diploma at the start of the course.
  4. A copy of a legalized transcript/original scan
  5. A scan of a TOEFL certificate or equivalent is permitted for use in the prediction test.
  6. Scan of a valid National Identity Card (KTP)
  7. Proof of registration payment
  8. If declared PASSED, participants MUST complete:
    1. A statement of commitment to pay tuition fees (download

    3. A statement of non-withdrawal if declared successful(download)

Registration Schedule for New Students in the Pharmacy Profession Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta: October 10 to November 4, 2025

A. Registration Steps

  1. Open the website https://spmb.uinjkt.ac.id. For the semester, enter "EVEN" (even semester).
  2. Click "Generate Payment Code" and then press the "Generate" button.
  3. Below the word "Level," select "Profession."
  4. Select the Faculty of Health Sciences.
  5. Select the Major "Pharmacy Profession."
  6. Fill in: I. Prospective Student Information; II. Home University Information; III. Parent/Guardian Information; IV. Study Program Selection (Only EVEN can be selected).
  7. Next, check the box "I declare that I have read and understand the terms and conditions on this page, and I agree to them."
  8. Then press the "Generate Mandiri SPMB Payment Code" button.
  9. The registration fee is IDR 345,000 (three hundred and forty-five thousand rupiah).
  10. Then follow the next steps.
  11. Information regarding the technical aspects of the exam, etc., will be sent to each participant's email address
