PT Binawan Inti Utama Promotes International Job Opportunities for UIN Jakarta Nursing Students
Online Fikes News,- PT Binawan Inti Utama held a socialization entitled "International Job Opportunities for Nursing Students" which was attended by hundreds of students from the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This activity was carried out online through the Zoom platform and became an informative forum for students who are interested in pursuing a nursing career abroad, especially in Europe and the Middle East. This socialization is part of the real implementation of cooperation between FIKES UIN Jakarta and PT Binawan Inti Utama in supporting student careers. Deputy Dean III for Cooperation and Student Affairs FIKES, Dr. Ns. Uswatun Khasanah, M.Kep., in her speech said, "This is one of the implementations of cooperation that is very strategic and useful to support the development of nursing students' careers to the international level. We hope that students will make the best use of this opportunity."
In his presentation, a representative of PT Binawan explained the pathways and requirements to be able to work as a professional nurse abroad. Countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are destinations that are in great need of nursing personnel, with promising career paths, international experience, and welfare. In addition to language training and cultural adaptation, PT Binawan also provides guidance on the document legalization process for prospective participants.
The Head of the Nursing Profession Study Program, Maftuhah, Ph.D., also appreciated this activity. "This socialization is very important to open students' insights about the opportunities and challenges of working abroad. This can be a motivation for them to continue to improve their competence and readiness," he said.
This activity also received full support from the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. apt. Zilhadia, M.Si. In his speech, he stated, "We welcome this activity as a concrete step to equip students not only with knowledge, but also a global perspective in developing a nursing career."
By holding this activity, it is expected that nursing students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will have a clearer picture of the path and process for an international career.
