Regular Independent Selection Path for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program, Batch 16
Requirements
A. Academic requirements:
- Alumni of S1 Pharmacy Study Program UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with S1 GPA ≥ 2.75 Alumni of S1
- Pharmacy Study Program Non UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with S1 GPA ≥ 3.00
- Have an English certificate equivalent to TOEFL 450 that is still valid for the last 2 (two) years
B. Administrative requirements:
- Fill out the form that has been provided online
- Scan of a legalized diploma/original scan/Certificate of Graduation (SKL) for those who have not received a diploma
- Submit a copy of a legalized diploma at the beginning of the lecture
- Scan of a legalized transcript/original scan
- Scan of a TOEFL certificate or equivalent, it is permissible to use the prediction test
- Scan of a valid Identity Card (KTP)
- Scan of proof of registration payment
- If it has been declared PASSED, participants It is MANDATORY to fill in and upload:
- Letter of statement of willingness to pay tuition fees ( download)
- Letter of statement of willingness to follow academic rules ( download)
- Letter of permission from superior (for those who work) ( download)
- Letter of statement of not resigning (if declared to have passed) ( download)
Tuition Fees
Tuition Fees for New Students of the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta refer to the Rector's Decree No. 357 of 2020.
Registration
Registration Schedule for Prospective New Students of the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta: October 25 to November 11, 2024
- Open the website https://spmb.uinjkt.ac.id.
- In the Professional Program column, click the "Profession" button
- In the Pharmacist column, click the "Register" button
- In the Registration column, click the "Register" button
- In the Level, select "Profession"
- Select the Faculty of "Health Sciences"
- Select the Department "Pharmacist Profession"
- Fill in: I. Prospective Student Data; II. Data of University of Origin; III. Parent/Guardian Data; IV. Choice of Study Program.
- Next, check the statement "I declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions on this page, and I declare that I agree to the terms and conditions".
- Then press the "Generate Mandiri SPMB Payment Code" button
- Registration fee of Rp350,000, - (three hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
- Then follow the next procedure.
- Information related to the technical implementation of the exam etc. will be sent via email to each participant.

Selection Exam
- CBT and Written Exam Schedule: November 16, 2024
- Announcement of CBT and written exam results: November 25, 2024
- Interview Schedule (for those who pass the CBT exam): November 28, 2024
- Participants are registered as Pharmacist PMB Selection Participants in the UINJKT database
- Participant data is announced on the website https://fikes.uinjkt.ac.id along with the selection exam rules
- The materials tested (CBT and Written Exam) are materials related to pharmaceutical science.
