Condition

A. Academic requirements:

  • Alumni of S1 Pharmacy Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with S1 GPA ≥ 2.75
  • Non-UIN Pharmacy Study Program S1 Alumni Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with S1 GPA ≥ 3.00
  • Have an English language certificate equivalent to TOEFL 450 which is still valid for the last 2 (two) years

B. Administrative requirements:

  1. Fill out the form provided online
  2. Scan a copy of the diploma that has been legalized/original scan/SKL (Graduation Certificate) for those who have not received a diploma. Those who submit their SKL must be able to show their original diploma at the start of their studies.
  3. Scan a copy of the grades transcript that has been legalized/original scan
  4. Scan of TOEFL certificate or equivalent (TOEFL Prediction is allowed)
  5. Scan valid Resident Identity Card (KTP).
  6. Scan proof of registration payment
  7. If it has been declared as a PASS, participants MUST fill in and upload:
    • Statement of ability to pay tuition fees (download)
    • Letter of statement of willingness to follow academic regulations ( download)
    • Supervisor's permission letter (for those who work) ( download)
    • Statement letter of non-resignation (if declared passed) ( download)

Tuition Fees for New Students for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta  refer to the Chancellor's Decree No. 357 of 2020.

Registration

Registration Schedule for Prospective New Students for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta:
May 22 to June 16 2024

  1. Open the web page  https://spmb.uinjkt.ac.id.
  2. In the Professional Program column, click the "Profession" button
  3. In the Pharmacist column, click the "Register" button
  4. In the Registration column, click the "Register" button
  5. Under Level, select “Profession”
  6. Select the Faculty of “Health Sciences”
  7. Choose the Major "Pharmacist Profession"
  8. Fill in: I. Prospective Student Data; II. Home University Data; III. Parent/Guardian Data; IV. Choice of Study Program.
  9. Next, check the statement "I declare that I have read and understand the terms and conditions on this page, and I agree to these terms and conditions."
  10. Then press the “Generate SPMB Mandiri Payment Code” button
  11. The registration fee is IDR 350,000 – (three hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
  12. Then follow the next procedure.
