
Nursing Science Study Programme
To establish the Nursing Science Study Programme as a center of excellence that integrates nursing science with Islamic values and competes effectively at the national and global levels.
- Provide undergraduate nursing education that serves as a national reference for integrating nursing science and Islamic values.
- Develop innovative research that integrates nursing science with Islamic principles, contributing to scientific and technological advancement.
- Promote a healthy society as a manifestation of a rahmatan lil ‘alamin study programme through innovative research integrating nursing and Islamic principles, with strengths in chronic and continuing care.
- Build partnerships with governmental and non-governmental institutions, domestically and internationally, to enhance the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and strengthen graduate empowerment.
- Provide opportunities for graduates of madrasahs and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to pursue high-quality professional nurse education.

Graduate Profile
Graduates of the Professional Nurse Study Programme are professional nurses (Ners) who are competent as providers of nursing care, communicators, Islamic health promoters and educators, managers and leaders, and researchers. They demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and global competitiveness in advancing healthcare services.
Learning Objectives
Graduates are able to:
- Demonstrate devotion to Allah SWT, uphold humanity, and practice professionalism, ethics, legality, morality, and cultural sensitivity by integrating nursing science with Islamic values.
- Perform professional duties using logical, critical, systematic, creative, and innovative thinking; collaborate effectively; demonstrate social responsibility; and uphold scientific accountability to the nursing profession and clients, grounded in Islamic values.
- Apply nursing science and technology with consideration for humanistic values, scientific principles, and ethics while upholding Islamic principles.
- Evaluate nursing care to enhance service quality in clinical and community settings, consistent with Islamic values.
- Deliver Islamic-based health education and communicate effectively in clinical practice and scientific contexts.
- Analyze the organization of nursing care and coordinate with healthcare teams while demonstrating Islamic leadership to achieve client outcomes.
- Conduct scientific research in nursing science and technology to address health problems through the integration of nursing and Islamic knowledge.

Laboratory
The Faculty of Health Sciences Laboratory is an educational laboratory used for various practicum, research and student research activities. There are various types of equipment available that are very supportive for practicum. With fairly complete equipment in this educational laboratory, each student can use the equipment during the practicum. This laboratory has a very spacious area, so students will be very comfortable when taking part in practicums. Apart from that, various types of safety equipment are also available, so that students who are carrying out practicums in the laboratory will feel safe and comfortable.


Library
The library is the heart of higher education and functions to support the academic movement and dynamics of higher education. Libraries are tasked with providing, managing and distributing information for educational, research and community service purposes. The Faculty of Health Sciences Library as a learning center continues to develop both in quality and quantity in order to provide excellent service. To date, the library has a print and electronic collection of more than 6697 titles consisting of e-books, journals, theses, etc. The fields of medicine and health sciences and Islam. In addition, to meet information needs, the FIKES library provides computers equipped with cable and Wi-Fi internet services.
