Head of Nursing Science Study Programme Greetings

Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Welcome to the Nursing Science Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

As part of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta an institution under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia the Nursing Science Study Program is founded on a strong commitment to integrating nursing science with Islamic values. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive education that not only equips students with essential nursing knowledge and clinical competence but also nurtures their spiritual and ethical development. This unique integration of science and faith defines our identity, shaping healthcare professionals who serve with empathy, integrity, and compassion.

Our curriculum is designed to respond dynamically to the evolving demands of the healthcare sector. It blends scientific advancement with Islamic principles to cultivate graduates who are both technically proficient and deeply aware of the moral and spiritual dimensions of nursing practice. A particular emphasis is placed on spiritual care as an essential component of holistic nursing, ensuring that our graduates can address the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of their patients.

Our pursuit of excellence extends far beyond the classroom. We actively engage in national and international collaborations to enhance academic quality and expand our students’ global learning experiences. Through partnerships with healthcare institutions and universities worldwide, we foster research, knowledge exchange, and innovative practices that position our program at the forefront of nursing education. These collaborations provide our students with invaluable international perspectives and prepare them to meet the challenges of an increasingly interconnected healthcare landscape.

In addition to general nursing practice, our program focuses on chronic disease management and the integration of complementary therapies into nursing care. Recognizing the growing significance of these areas, we continuously develop expertise through research, clinical engagement, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. This focus empowers our students to become leaders in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that responds to complex and diverse health needs.

We warmly welcome prospective students, academic partners, and healthcare institutions to explore opportunities for study, research, and collaboration with the Nursing Science Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Together, we can advance innovation and excellence in nursing education and contribute to improving health outcomes both locally and globally.
