Ciputat, Berita Fikes Online, – A warm, nostalgic atmosphere graced the Grand Reunion of Nursing Alumni of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the MK Tadjudin Auditorium on the UIN Jakarta campus. Approximately 200 alumni attended, both in person and online via Zoom Meeting. Saturday (November 8, 2025).

The event was attended by the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs, Dr. Uswatun Khasanah, M.N., lecturers from the Nursing Study Program, and alumni from various classes who are now active in various nursing fields throughout Indonesia. As a symbol of the warm welcome to the alumni, the event opened with a traditional dance performed by UIN Jakarta Nursing students.

A series of remarks were delivered by representatives of the HMPSIK, Alumni Chairperson Ns. Nurdiansyah, S.Kep., M.Kep., Head of the Nursing Science Study Program, Mr. Karyadi, Ph.D., and Vice Dean III, Dr. Uswatun Khasanah, M.N. In her remarks, Dr. Uswatun expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the committee and all alumni who participated in this activity. She also expressed her longing for the alumni who are now active in the nursing world as lecturers, nurse managers, nurse practitioners, and various other positions. Dr. Uswatun expressed her hope that the UIN Jakarta Nursing Science Alumni Association will continue to maintain good communication and relationships with the university and, together, make real contributions to society and the world of healthcare.

A special moment also came with the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Mrs. Tien Gartinah, M.N., as the pioneer of the Nursing Science Study Program and the first Head of the Study Program, PSIK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. In her remarks, she expressed her prayers and hopes that PSIK UIN Jakarta will continue to progress and produce highly competitive Islamic professional nurses.

The event then continued with a scientific seminar entitled "Nursing Beyond the Physical: Spiritual Care for Quality Health Services," which featured three inspiring speakers: Ms. Maftuhah, Ph.D., Dr. Ita Yuanita, M.Kes., and Ms. Endah Sarwendah, M.Kep. This seminar provided in-depth insights into the importance of spiritual aspects in holistic, quality-oriented healthcare services.

In the following session, a report on the previous alumni board was presented and a new alumni chair was elected through a voting mechanism after the candidates presented their vision and mission. Based on the election results, Ms. Muhammad Ilham Ramdhani, S.Kep., was elected as Chair of the Nursing Alumni of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta for the 2025–2029 period.

The event concluded with a group prayer and a commemorative photo of all participants, marking the end of a meaningful and togetherness-filled reunion. This activity is expected to strengthen ties between alumni and the UIN Jakarta Nursing academic community and strengthen professional networks to advance nursing science and services in Indonesia.
